Constructed in 1931, the CalEdison building offers a rich look into the history of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline and the grand Art Deco style of the era. Inside this 14-story tower is a stunning high-ceiling lobby with large windows that beautifully highlight every detail of the space. The unoccupied 12th Floor also features a grand lobby with a reception desk, a magnificent dark wood conference room with a fireplace, built-in cubicle spaces and executive offices. Other attractions include a mezzanine, hallways and staircases.
