Historic Wrigley Mansion, Gardens, and Grounds

The Historic Wrigley Mansion, Gardens, and Grounds is located at 391 South Orange Grove Blvd in Pasadena, CA. The property was built in 1906 and was completed in 1914. This historic mansion now serves as the headquarters for the Tournament of Roses Association. The structure, a stately Italian Renaissance-style mansion designed by architect George Lawrence Stimson, was once owned by William Wrigley Jr.

The historic mansion is surrounded by peaceful grounds, offering scenic views within a beautiful residential neighborhood. The exterior grounds feature a 4.5-acre floral display of more than 1,500 varieties of roses, camellias, and annuals. The arbor/rose garden also has a fountain garden and terraces that lead up to the front of the mansion.

The mansion’s interior features a sweeping staircase, dining room, living room, 3 conference rooms, bar/lounge, and commercial kitchen. On the second floor, there are five bedrooms which are used for committee meetings, serve as a dressing area for the Rose Court, and provide space for displaying the history of the Tournament of Roses. There are displays of trophies, past Rose Bowl Games, Grand Marshals, Presidents, Queens, and Courts. The mansion has an extension to the property, which has many dressed offices, a large conference boardroom, and a floor-to-ceiling glass hallway that looks out to the mansion grounds.

The property is available for weekday filming on a case-by-case basis.
